These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at classicremodelinginc.com (the "Site"), operated by Classic Remodeling, Inc. ("Classic Remodeling," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and to learn about and request our services. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping content in bulk, or using it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
2. Estimates, Quotes, and Contracts
Information on the Site, including any pricing, product, or availability information, is provided for general reference and may change without notice. Requesting an estimate or submitting a form does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any remodeling work is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by you and Classic Remodeling, which controls in the event of any conflict with the Site. As a licensed Maryland home improvement contractor (MHIC #51277), our work is also subject to applicable Maryland Home Improvement Commission requirements.
3. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. Photographs, product names, colors, and project examples are for illustration and may differ from actual results. Manufacturer and product trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design, are owned by or licensed to Classic Remodeling and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Submissions
If you submit information, reviews, photos, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to do so, and you grant Classic Remodeling a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with our business, including marketing, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This section applies to the Site only and does not limit any written warranty provided with your remodeling project.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classic Remodeling and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Remodeling and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any separate written agreement for remodeling work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Classic Remodeling regarding the Site.
